About the Role

We are looking for a skilled retail leader who can:

  • Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, product knowledge, and promotional activities;
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction;
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling;
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and brand loyalty;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Store Manager or similar leadership role in retail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities;
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service;
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed;
  • Knowledge of footwear and fashion trends is a plus;
