Job Overview

This role offers a chance to further your career in Export Operations at our Sydney Head Office. You will take ownership of providing outstanding service to our loyal client base, ensuring efficient management of daily export shipments and adherence to company KPIs.


Key Responsibilities
  • Export Operations Management: Manage daily export shipments efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Booking and Registration: Book and register shipments accurately, maintaining seamless communication with clients and other departments.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to clients' inquiries, resolving issues effectively.
  • Invoice Preparation: Prepare accurate invoices for clients, adhering to company standards.
  • KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed departmental and company KPIs, driving business growth and success.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within an Australian freight forwarder.
  • Attitude: A driven and motivated attitude, with a keen sense of responsibility.
  • Skillset: Strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and proficiency in Cargowise.
  • Priorities: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
