Export Documents Coordinator

Role Overview
Costa's export logistics team is seeking a skilled administrator to oversee export documentation, ensuring timely and accurate preparation for international sales and freight forwarding. Reporting to the Export Documents Manager, this role involves responsibility for the end-to-end documentation process, collaborating with stakeholders to meet customer and destination country standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Process export documentation to meet customer and destination country requirements.
- Enter export sales data into BSM, Caramba, and SAP.
- Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure timely invoice processing.
- Communicate with third-party export stakeholders to assist customer inquiries.
- Provide general administrative support and perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with SAP experience desirable but not essential.
