About This Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished HR leader to join our team and take on a diverse range of operational and strategic people matters.

As a key member of our HR and Learning & Development team, you will deliver expert HR advice and guidance to our leaders, leveraging your strong partnering skills.

You will be involved in providing generalist HR advice, recruiting with our Talent Acquisition specialist, and participating in various projects within our small yet dynamic HR and L&D team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing generalist HR consultancy and advice to our leaders
  • Leading and implementing people projects, managing issues that arise
  • Working closely with our Talent Acquisition/recruitment team to source talent for the Core Team
  • Developing capability in operational leadership and strengthening our workplace culture
  • Collaborating with our Client Services team to support organisational growth

Requirements:

  • Passion for employee experience
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills
  • Effective communication (verbal and written)
  • Ability to instil trust and build relationships easily
  • Can-do attitude and hands-on approach
  • Tech savviness and ability to adapt to new software in the HRIS, LMS, and ATS space
  • Drive to identify and deliver efficiency improvement opportunities
  • Intermediate Excel skills and data analysis/reporting skills an advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • HR/Organisational Psychology/Management or other relevant tertiary qualifications

Experience:

  • At least 5+ years' generalist HR experience
  • Thorough understanding of industrial relations, employee lifecycle, and change management

Additional Requirements:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencement
  • Covid-19 vaccination in accordance with ATAGI recommendations
