This part-time administrative role is an integral part of the company's overall success. As a key member of the small and committed team, you will be responsible for sales processing, purchasing, tracking, and reporting. You must be highly organized, self-motivated, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

The Duties:
  • Process customer orders and invoices
  • Raise purchase orders on local and overseas suppliers
  • Oversee and communicate stock movements
  • Add, maintain, and update customer records in CRM
  • Provide sales support to on-road representatives
  • Assist with planning and running exhibitions and training programs
  • Manage local and international freight pricing and performance

The Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong communication skills
