About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Sales Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Melbourne's South-eastern Suburbs. As an Entry Level Administration & Sales Support Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining exceptional internal and external customer service by handling tasks such as responding to calls, managing stock inventory, and collaborating with suppliers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for import operations, customer order fulfillment, and associated processes.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding service.
  • Coordinate logistics operations to ensure efficient processes.
  • Draft professional emails and letters for effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for easy reference.
  • Perform data entry and efficiently process orders.
  • Contribute to miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Strong organisational skills to manage various tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate to Advanced level).
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Word and Outlook for efficient communication.
  • Excellent time management abilities.
