About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated Domestic Violence Support Professional to join our team. As a compassionate and empathetic individual, you will be responsible for providing support and advocacy to women, children, and young people who have experienced domestic and family violence.

Key aspects of this role include developing and implementing individual case plans and future goals plans, advocating for and empowering women to access necessary services, and participating in the delivery and evaluation of activities, groups, and programs responsive to the needs of women and children.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and advocacy to individuals affected by domestic and family violence
  • Develop and implement effective case plans and strategies to achieve desired outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver high-quality services
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of programs and services
