">Requirements:
">• More than 1 year of professional experience in the social and community service sector.
">• Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
">• Confident IT and telephone communication skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
">• Ability to remain calm in sensitive situations, with experience in a fast-paced environment highly regarded.
">• Knowledge and understanding of the effects, causes, and dynamics of domestic and family violence.
