Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Project Development Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in project management with a professional and supportive organisation.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support project administration tasks, review closed deals, collaborate with service delivery managers, and participate in portfolio audits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project administrators in managing projects from initiation to closure;
  • Assist in reviewing and analysing project data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Collaborate with service delivery managers to ensure seamless delivery of projects;
  • Participate in portfolio audits to ensure alignment with organisational goals;
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Business or equivalent experience;
  • High-level Excel and Word skills, including data analysis and reporting;
  • Strong communications and interpersonal skills, with ability to work well with others;
  • Motivated and confident approach when dealing with people;
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise workload to meet deadlines;
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances;
  • Good personal presentation and adherence to company dress code;
  • Open to learning new ways of working and thinking to ensure quality of service exceeds expectations.
