Job Role:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Employer Engagement Partner to join our team.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for reverse marketing of identified engaged job ready clients to provide employment opportunities, maintaining up-to-date labour market information and developing strategies to support and meet demands of shortage sectors.
">About the Role:
">- Reverse marketing of identified engaged job ready clients to provide employment opportunities. This will be targeted and result in either job match or job creation.
">- Utilise a variety of methods to actively & regularly engage with job ready clients across region including on or offsite and remote.
">- Maintain up to date and relevant Labour Market Information and develop strategies to support and meet demands of shortage sectors.
">- Provide support and advice to employers on training and ongoing employment support provided from our organisation.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Build rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients, peers and relevant agencies.
">- Assess labour market demand and supply and build strategies to address this.
">- Develop interpersonal and negotiation skills.
">- Demonstrate high level professionalism, attention to detail and compliance focused.
">- Interpret contractual guidelines and apply as appropriate.
">- Work within stringent KPIs and demonstrate experience in exceeding targets.
">- Manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment.
">Requirements:
">- Proven ability to manage time and workloads effectively to business priorities in a challenging environment.
">- Sound computer literacy and data management skills.
">- Satisfactory completion of Police Check/s.
">- Current Drivers Licence.
">Desirable Qualifications:
">- Qualifications in Employment Services or Marketing would be advantageous.
">- Solid experience in Employment Services and an understanding of strategies to address barriers to employment.
