We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced employment consultant to assist individuals with disabilities and those who have experienced the justice system in securing sustainable meaningful employment.
The role requires managing a varied caseload, focusing on retraining and upskilling while forging partnerships with local employers to create opportunities.
This position demands resilience, outstanding conflict resolution abilities, and a track record of meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of clients requiring support
- Develop and implement effective job search strategies tailored to individual needs
- Build and maintain relationships with local employers to secure employment opportunities
- Monitor and report on client progress towards employment goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or administration with a focus on supporting vulnerable populations
- Digitally savvy with intermediate computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies
- Ability to work under pressure and meet KPIs while maintaining high levels of professionalism
- Resilience and maturity when dealing with complex client situations
- Ability to obtain necessary certifications and clearances for working with sensitive populations
