We are seeking someone with excellent customer service skills, who is able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and provide ongoing support to job seekers and employers.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, enthusiastic and possess a strong desire to help others succeed.
You will have the opportunity to work in a productive and collaborative environment, where you can bring your ideas and skills to life and make a real difference in the lives of others.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering great customer service, has excellent communication skills and is able to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
You should be highly organized, proactive and able to prioritize tasks effectively in order to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Source employment opportunities for job seekers
- Help job seekers identify their skills and secure employment
- Deliver outstanding customer service to job seekers and employers
- Increase job seekers' capacity for employment through training and support services
- Create and implement joint job plans with job seekers to support clear pathways to employment
- Build relationships with local employers and community organizations
