Employment Services Area Manager
Job Description:
The Employment Services Area Manager role is a high-profile position that oversees the employment services team, providing guidance and support to ensure quality service delivery to clients. The successful candidate will lead a diverse and successful team of professionals in Beenleigh.
The Employment Services Area Manager will maintain a high-quality service to our clients through leading, coaching, and mentoring a team. This role involves managing and coordinating the employment services team, consulting with stakeholders, developing and implementing strategic plans, and overseeing the delivery of employment programs.
The Employment Services Area Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, community organisations, and other stakeholders. They will also monitor and evaluate program outcomes using data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate the employment services team.
- Consult with stakeholders to manage caseloads and ensure assessments are conducted efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and achieve organisational goals.
- Oversee the delivery of employment programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers, community organisations, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting, job matching, and working with people with disabilities.
- Proven ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and resolve complex problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and change management skills.
- Well-developed administrative, financial, and human resources management skills.
- Extensive experience in disability employment services or similar.
