Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Consultant 3 to join our Training and Development Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and monitoring the quality of course assignments, data entry, auditing, class/course creation, and tracking/reporting of personnel, registrations, and activities entered into the Learning Center and related programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the functionality and management of the Learning Management System (Learning Center) database, including providing training and access to agency stakeholders, end users, and staff.
  • Research and resolve Learning Center functionality issues, partnering with internal project teams to ensure training deliverables and learning approaches.
  • Maintain and operate various technologies used in the delivery of instructional, virtually instructional, or interactive online courses.
  • Supervise the work and staff comprising the Information Management Team Learning Center Helpdesk, establishing priorities and timelines for team assignments and individual duties.
  • Develop and monitor standards and procedures to assist in Learning Center governance, designing and maintaining EasyVista TDU ownership and workflows.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma
  • Two (2) years of experience in data collection/analysis and visualization
  • One (1) year experience in the administration of a relational database or information management system
  • Three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Office software with advanced skills in MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on business administration, human resources, or a related field from an accredited institution
  • Two (2) or more years working in a Learning Management System (Workday, SumTotal, Cornerstone, Acadia, ScormCloud, Learning Center, etc.)
  • Two (2) years' experience as a supervisor
  • Experience working in the Washington State Learning Center
  • Experience extracting information from various data sources (HRMS, STATIS, LMS, Easy Vista)
  • Experience supporting customers in a virtual environment
  • Experience in managing an IT or customer support helpdesk
