Job Title: Transformational Change Management Lead

The position is responsible for leading the implementation of change management programs to drive statewide digital transformation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement frameworks, strategies, and plans to ensure seamless business change and transition.

  • Developing and implementing program-wide change management frameworks and plans to identify, schedule, and manage change activities across the lifecycle of the program.
  • Providing expert advice on assessment, analysis, documentation, and implementation of approved change management methodologies.
  • Leading the development of detailed plans and managing a team of change specialists.
  • Managing Business Impact Assessments and developing change responses, interventions, and business readiness activities.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop change management documentation, materials, and presentations.

The position reports to the Senior Director, Digital Transformation Program. The number of direct reports is 4.

The essential requirements for this role are:

  • Proven success and high-level experience in transformational change management and leadership.
  • Experience in developing, documenting, implementing, and evaluating change management strategies, tools, and artefacts.
  • Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross-team collaboration to support effective business change and transition.
  • Advanced communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consultation, and collaboration with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
