Overview:

Are you a visionary leader poised to drive transformative change? We seek a dynamic experienced Business Integration Generalist to lead successful integration efforts and drive strategic initiatives within our organisation.

This critical role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and plays a pivotal part in ensuring seamless integration, optimising business processes, and implementing strategic changes to enhance organisational efficiency, agility, and competitiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive integration plans incorporating organisational alignment, culture integration, systems integration, and synergy realisation.
  • Identify and prioritise key transformational projects aligned with our strategic goals, developing detailed project plans, defining project scopes, and setting clear objectives to drive successful implementation.
  • Design and implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes, systems, and organisational structures.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure progress and success of integration and transformation efforts, driving continuous improvement.
  • Monitor potential risks and obstacles impacting the success of integration and transformation projects.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and external partners, providing regular updates on integration and transformation progress and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to integration and transformation.
  • Encourage a culture of innovation within our organisation, exploring opportunities for process optimisation and improvement.
