About the Role

Coles Group seeks an Audience Specialist to drive foundational audience creation and guide business users in utilizing our Customer Data Platform (CDP). As a key subject matter expert, you'll ensure data governance, security, and best practices while empowering the organization to leverage data for targeted customer engagement and personalization.

Your Expertise Matters

  • Proficiency in Adobe CDP or similar solutions like HighTouch, Amperity, Tealium is essential.
  • Experience with Snowflake or other data platforms, using SQL, is required.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and analytics platforms – Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target – is also necessary.

You'll Also Bring

  • 4+ years' experience in audience segmentation and management, preferably in Product, MarTech, or digital marketing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of CDP platforms and data transformation techniques is crucial.
  • The ability to translate business objectives into effective audience segmentation strategies will set you apart.
