**About the team**:

**About the role**:
In this new role as our Master Data Management (MDM) Product Business Analyst you will partner closely and report into the MDM Group Product Owner. This role will see you be part a dedicated team in the management of our MDM platform, STIBO STEP.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of the MDM Platform
- Partner with the commercial data management & governance team to triage and remediate data quality issues
- Conduct discovery analysis for BU supermarket and liquor requests for new product attributes and new MDM features
- Work as part of a collaborative team to analyse big sets of data utilising your creative ideas and solutions focused mindset
- Assist in the implementation of new business strategies

**About you and your skills**:
As part of a small supportive team, you will have the ability to partner and influence a varied stakeholder group as part of the wider commercial data team. You will also need to have:

- Current or experience in SQL and BI Publisher or alike highly desired
- Highly capable in PowerPoint, Excel and able to communicate data driven decisions and strategy essential
- Demonstrated experience in data management and governance initiatives
- Experience with Retail product data is preferred
- Demonstrated experience with business data requirements, data quality KPIs, and remediation plans
- Proven experience in working with and influencing senior stakeholders within a complex matrix environment
- Experience in conducting workshops and presenting in meetings, with the ability to articulate Data Management concepts tailored to the literacy of the stakeholder
- Strong communication skills to articulate the impact of Data Management to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with STEP desirable
