**The team**

**The role**

As an Engagement Lead, your role is to act as the conduit between the Supply Chain Replenishment team and business stakeholders, promoting and advocating for the innovative Replenishment solutions that the team are creating. You will understand the Coles supply chain systems and automated processes at a high level and how they all integrate with each other - including how these integrate with the wider Coles systems.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with stakeholders across all Supply Chain business areas
- Engage with business SME’s to understand business problems and how IT can help to resolve
- Engage with IT teams for project discovery
- Engage with IT teams to respond to requests for information and questions
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders.
- Input into prioritisation of all future projects on the Supply Chain roadmap
- Resource planning and pipeline management:

- Run pipeline discussions and resolve priority issues
- Plan business analysis resources for efficient utilisation
- Projects
- Initiate and run proof of value / concept projects/tasks
- Understand the entire portfolio of projects and platform initiatives
- Provide input and review project estimates
- Establish a Supply Chain Business Analyst practice to
- Identifying, gathering, and documenting the various elements required for business case development e.g., financial aspects & business benefits, cost, intangible benefits
- Determining the high level requirements. Collect and define business objectives using a variety of methods and clarify requirements with the stakeholders. Accurately describe the problem statement or identify business opportunities and benefits, business impact and the solution approach.
- Facilitate to identify solutions with Architects, Engineering and Solution analysts to engage internal and external groups for estimation purposes.
- Define high level delivery approach and delivery plan
- Estimate cost to deliver the projects.
- Facilitate for review and approval with Delivery Managers and Head of the platform.
- Managing Business Analyst resources.
- 2IC to Delivery Manager engagement and strategic planning:

- Understand role of Delivery Manager Engagement and be ready to step in when needed
- Assist and contribute to IT strategy and roadmap
- Stakeholder and Relationship management
- Uplift and mature SC-Replenishment technology BA practice including training on business case development, functional knowledge, coaching BA, Quality assurance of the work product and maturing the practice.
- Mentor new and junior members of the team

**About you and your skills**
- Experience in managing relationships with business stakeholders and teams
- Experience in project delivery management and business change methodologies.
- Experience in identifying, gathering and documenting the various elements required for business case development e.g., financial aspects & business benefits, cost, intangible benefits
- Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Experience in people management skills.
- Exposure to portfolio/project management, delivery and business change methodologies
- Experience delivering agile and hybrid waterfall/agile projects
- Experience in translating and aligning business strategies into technology solutions
- Proven Track record building relationships and managing multiple stakeholders to achieve outcomes
- Experience working on IT strategies.
- Experience in IT systems and processes.
- Experience in a Retail IT group
