Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and driven Project Engineer to fill a crucial role in our Land Development and Planning team.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of professionals across various disciplines, providing exposure to a wide array of projects ranging in size and complexity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive engineering plans and specifications in a collaborative team environment for multiple projects.
  • Conduct Due Diligence Reports and preliminary cost estimates for various sites and project types.
  • Lead the development of preliminary layouts, design concepts, and detailed design drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of increasing engineering experience on complex projects.
  • Professional Engineer licensure expected or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
Essential Skills
  • Strong willingness to learn and implement integrated services projects in a team environment with multidisciplinary skills.
  • Knowledge of land development construction including relevant codes and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
