Land Development Project Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled Land Development Project Engineer to join our innovative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engineering plans and specifications in a team environment, completing due diligence reports and preliminary cost estimates, and ensuring work is completed within budget and prior to deadlines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive engineering plans and specifications for various projects
  • Conduct thorough site analyses and complete due diligence reports
  • Prepare preliminary cost estimates and manage project budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of increasing engineering experience on complex projects
  • Certifications/Licenses:
  • PE licensure expected or ability to obtain within 6 months
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, Excel, and hydrology and hydraulic modeling software
