Senior Land Development Project Engineer

We are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our dynamic Land Development and Planning team.
This exciting opportunity involves working on a wide range of projects, from concept development to completion, and collaborating with a diverse team of professionals across various disciplines.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in land development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engineering plans and specifications for multiple projects.
- Complete due diligence reports and preliminary cost estimates for various sites and project types.
- Lead the development of preliminary layouts, design concepts, and detailed design drawings.
- Manage quality control procedures and recommend enhancements.
- Train and mentor junior staff on technical aspects and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of increasing engineering experience on complex projects.
- PE licensure expected or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MS Office, Excel, and hydrology and hydraulic modeling software.
