Job Overview

The Senior Civil Engineer role is a leadership position that oversees the execution of civil engineering projects focused on Land Development from conception to completion. This involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating project timelines and resources, and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Design: Lead the design and planning of civil engineering projects, including roads, utility supply systems, stormwater management, and site development.
  • Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Licenses and Certifications: Professional Engineer (NC and/or SC) license required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a project manager lead role.
