Land Development Engineer

This position involves working on a variety of residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

Key responsibilities include designing, permitting, and observing the construction of land development projects.

  • Design and develop land development projects using Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
  • Perform technical design calculations associated with land development projects.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare associated field reports.
  • Coordinate field testing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (BSCE) or engineering technology (BSCET).
  • Professional engineer (PE) licensure required.
  • At least four years of qualifying civil engineering design experience.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and/or Civil3D is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology is required for this position. Professional engineer (PE) licensure is also required. Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D software is highly preferred.
