Technical Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced technical professional to join our team as a Technical Relationship Manager.
As a key member of our Customer Delivery team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong technical relationships with Datacom & customer technical teams, and playing an active role in escalated tickets, CAB, major incidents, and project handover to operations.
- Develop and maintain strong technical relationships with Datacom & customer technical teams, and play an active role in escalated tickets, CAB, major incidents, and project handover to operations.
- Work closely with our customer to understand their business requirements and provide technical advice and guidance to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
- Ensure technical requirements for Datacom service levels and contract obligations are met, such as monitoring, capacity management, disaster recovery, and any calendar of events or milestones.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement these in our delivery approach to ensure we remain competitive and deliver exceptional results.
As a relationship manager, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
