We're seeking a passionate leader to head our ANZ Partner Solutions Engineer Team, driving growth and development of our partner ecosystem across various business sectors and sizes.

This role offers the chance to work at a pioneering company transforming how information supports business decisions. Your responsibilities will include managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, collaborating with local sales and partner teams, and formulating a Technical Engagement Strategy with ANZ partners.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Develop and lead the ANZ Partner Solutions Engineering team while serving as a trusted advisor to associated Sales, Sales Engineering & leadership within this region.
  2. Design and implement a tailored Partner Technical Engagement Strategy that aligns with the partner's goals and contributes to the overall APAC strategy.
  3. Nurture strong relationships with partners at senior or executive levels to guarantee alignment between the technical engagement strategy and the partner's desired objectives.
  4. Promote collaboration among internal stakeholders to address the needs and expectations of the ANZ Partner Ecosystem concerning the Splunk portfolio from a technical and enablement standpoint.
