Key Responsibilities- Lead the People, Culture, and Development function to foster a high-performing environment
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organizational culture and capability
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the employee lifecycle
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to align people-related matters with business strategies
- Represent the People, Culture, and Development function at the Executive Leadership Team
- Substantial experience in enhancing capability and driving operational excellence
- Sound knowledge and experience across the spectrum of human resources activities
- Ability to drive change and lead through influence
- Strong business partnering approach and ability to embed best practice processes and procedures
