Chief People Officer

As the Chief People Officer at Davidson, you will be responsible for driving excellence across our People, Culture & Development landscape. This critical leadership role will enhance the workplace experience and wellbeing for our 1000+ employees by driving initiatives for organisational culture and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the People, Culture and Development function to foster a high performing environment
- Drive strategic and operational services across our organisation in organisational development, people experience, workplace relations and safety and wellbeing
- Engage with and represent the People, Culture and Development function at the Executive Leadership Team
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance organisational culture and development
- Collaborate with the Director Customer and Performance to bridge our strategic direction, continuous improvement, organisational culture, capability and people related matters
- Substantial experience in enhancing capability and driving operational excellence
- Broad perspective beyond traditional HR practices
- Sound knowledge and experience across the spectrum of human resources activities
- Ability to drive change and lead through influence
- Strong business partnering approach and best practice around associated processes and procedures
