Job Title: Payroll Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our Finance Team at Macro Recruitment. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the payroll process for over 700 staff across Australia and New Zealand.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage payroll processing, reporting, and compliance for a large hospitality group
* Partner closely with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief HR Manager to ensure seamless payroll operations
* Interpret awards and EBA requirements to ensure compliance
* Collaborate with the Finance Team to achieve business objectives

**Requirements**

* 5+ years of payroll experience
* Exposure to both Australian and New Zealand payroll environments
* Award/EBA interpretation experience

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary range of $120,000 to $150,000
* Hybrid work-from-home option with 4 days of office work
* Opportunity to work with a large hospitality group
