\The Village Manager role is a unique opportunity to lead our daily operations and ensure our residents feel proud to call it home.
\We are seeking an experienced professional to deliver on our Village Improvement Plan, driving continuous growth and improvement, while building strong relationships with residents, committees, families, contractors, and the local community.
\The successful candidate will have experience in retirement living, property/facility management, hospitality, or a related service industry, with strong people leadership skills, solid knowledge of budget management, compliance, and work health & safety, and confidence with technology and systems to support daily operations and reporting.
\A genuine passion for helping people live well, with the ability to balance resident needs and business goals, is essential.
