Strategic Communications Senior Leader

This role is designed for a senior leader who can oversee strategic communications, engagement and public information management.
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to meet appropriate standards.
- Lead the development of policies and plans to strengthen consultation, reporting and evaluation.
The ideal candidate will have substantial senior leadership experience across strategic communications and engagement.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Oversee the Strategic Communications team to ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate and resource the team's work to meet required standards.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or substantial equivalent industry experience are necessary for this position.
About You- Substantial senior leadership experience across strategic communications and engagement is required.
- Experience leading a large, fast-paced organisation or team is preferred.
This is an ongoing EL2 position that may attract an IFA allowance depending on skills and experience.
