We have an exciting opportunity for a Parents Next Consultant to join our Caloundra team in a Full Time role with an immediate start.

This is a great chance for someone who has high energy, is solutions focused and loves building solid relationships within the community.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Setting individual goals towards future employment or education
  • Engaging with participants in the program, motivating and providing guidance and support
  • Assisting and preparing a pathway for their young child to start primary school
  • Adhering to contractual compliance processes and procedures
  • Completing administrative duties including accurate data entry for diary and record management

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A genuine respect for all customers regardless of the situation
  • Team player - self driven and motivated
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task
  • Strong digital and administration skills
  • Excellent relationship building, business development and marketing skills
  • A solutions-based approach to respond to the needs of customers
