The role of Services Account Executive is a critical component of our organization's strategy to drive customer business outcomes through the adoption of our products and services.
About the RoleThis position is part of our Customer Success team, which focuses on accelerating platform adoption and driving customer business outcomes through a portfolio of products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in the designated territory with a target account list.
- Proactively identify new Service opportunities in both existing and new customers.
- Create pipeline and manage end-to-end forecasting process for Service opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their digital transformation roadmap and driving the right mix of ServiceNow services to meet their needs.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 8 years of previous experience in services sales gained within a SaaS software or solution sales organization.
- New account sales focus, operating independently to identify new opportunities.
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets and accurate forecasting.
- Ideal experience delivering and implementing SaaS transformation projects.
