Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our digital transformation and data analytics initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional to excel in acquiring new clients, driving sales, and executing go-to-market strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in consulting services and technology platforms across key industries.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using campaigns, networking, and market intelligence.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop tailored proposals and negotiate high-value deals, demonstrating clear ROI to clients.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

Requirements:
  • Proven success in selling consulting and IT services to new business in ANZ market, ideally with exposure to the Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, or Utilities sectors.
  • Experience with Data & AI platforms, and/or business transformation consulting would be advantageous.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with experience engaging senior executives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
