The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring the company's adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. This includes conducting audits and investigations, managing risk and occurrence, contributing to reporting, and developing training content.
About the Role
You will work closely with the Quality Manager and teams across the organization to identify and address compliance risks. The ideal candidate will have a degree in aviation, engineering, or a related field, and experience in quality management.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting audits and investigations to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Managing risk and occurrence to minimize adverse events
- Contributing to safety and quality reporting to inform business decisions
- Developing training content to enhance employee knowledge and skills
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in aviation, engineering, or a related field
- A qualification in Quality Management Systems
- Aircraft accident/incident investigator qualification
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in quality and safety management
- Sound knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to continuing airworthiness
- Experience in an airline environment – safety, engineering, maintenance, or operations
- Demonstrated ability to conduct quality audits and investigations
- A process-driven mindset with a strong understanding of management systems and continuous improvement methodologies
- Highly proficient in data analysis tools such as PowerBi and Excel
- Strong ability to communicate complex issues and reports to stakeholders
