Deputy Aircraft Airworthiness Manager
">Our team is looking for a seasoned aviation professional to oversee our aircraft maintenance programs and ensure regulatory compliance across our fleet. If you have a proven track record in aircraft maintenance and airworthiness management, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness management sufficient to support the role's responsibilities. This includes approval by CASA as a Maintenance Controller.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for:
">- ">
- Providing leadership to Airworthiness and Support staff as required.">
- Supporting interactions with CASA, and other regulatory bodies under the direction of the HAAMC.">
- Assisting in ensuring compliance with all Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASRs), Civil Aviation Regulations (CARs), and company-approved procedures for continuing airworthiness.">
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of internal policies, procedures, and documentation for audit and regulatory compliance.">
- Supporting the HAAMC with reporting obligations and regulatory submissions.">
- Working with the HAAMC and Airworthiness, support the upkeep of the Maintenance Control Manual, Systems of Maintenance and other continuing airworthiness publications.">
- Working with the HAAMC, Airworthiness and Flight Operations Department, support the upkeep of Minimum Equipment Lists.">
- Assisting with the evaluation and implementation of Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), OEM Chapter 4 & 5 revisions, and other instructions for continuing airworthiness.">
The following qualifications and skills are necessary for this role:

- Significant experience in aircraft maintenance and continuing airworthiness management sufficient to support HAAMC responsibilities.">
- A solid understanding of Civil Aviation regulations and standards applicable to continuing airworthiness, Aircraft certification standards, MELs, and operational procedures related to airworthiness.">
- Approval by CASA as a Maintenance Controller.">
- Acting as a liaison with the Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) and other regulatory stakeholders under delegation.">
