Job Description\Helpers the organization by managing airworthiness of the fleet through reporting, assessment, and management of rectification or deferral of defects as necessary.\

As a key member of the engineering team, you will operate closely with Aircraft Maintenance Organisations, other engineering departments, and operational teams to achieve on-time performance targets and minimize Engineering related AOG events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage CAMO oversight of fleet airworthiness through reporting, assessment, and management of rectification or deferral of defects.\
  • Collaborate with Aircraft Maintenance Organisations, other engineering departments, and operational teams to achieve on-time performance targets.\
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize Engineering related AOG events.\
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.\\/ul>
    Required Skills and Qualifications\

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • \
  • Experience as a senior LAME with a minimum of five years in a Line or Base Maintenance environment or a higher level of aircraft engineering and maintenance experience.\
  • CASA Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence, rated on the Airbus A320 and/or the Fokker F100 aircraft (or similar aircraft in the B1/B2 category).\
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with proven problem-solving and time management skills.\
  • High level of computer skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with maintenance information systems.\
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within a team.\
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, and process compliance.\\/ul>
