About Our Organisation

We operate out of Perth Airport, using A320 and Embraer E190-E2 aircraft for charter operations in regional Western Australia. We support major clients in the mining industry on a growth path.

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you'll support the Quality Manager within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO).

You'll conduct audits and investigations, manage risks and occurrences, contribute to safety and quality reporting, and develop training content and competency frameworks.

A data-driven approach will help identify and address safety, quality, and compliance risks, working closely with managers and teams across the organisation.

  • You need a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in aviation, engineering, safety, or a related field.
  • A Quality Management Systems certification as a lead auditor is required.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is also necessary.
  • You should have at least 2 years' experience in quality and safety management.
  • Solid knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to continuing airworthiness is essential.
  • Experience in an airline environment – safety, engineering, maintenance, or operations – is desirable.
  • You must be able to conduct quality audits and investigations.
  • A process-driven mindset with a strong understanding of management systems and continuous improvement methodologies is required.
  • You should be highly proficient in PowerBi and Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex issues and reports to Executive-level stakeholders is essential.
