The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service through multiple channels, working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, and developing and maintaining knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and issue resolution
