Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, first call resolution, and issue resolution
