Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Coordinator.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analysing and reporting on customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the design and implementation of customer experience programs, projects and campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery of customer experience initiatives.
  • Assist in developing training materials and resources to promote best practice in customer service.
  • Maintain and update customer experience documentation, guidelines and process maps.
Requirements:
  • A background in customer experience coordination within industries such as construction, property development or local council.
  • Experience in guiding customers through processes that span an extended period of time, ensuring consistent communication and support.
  • Able to understand and communicate using construction-related terminology to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and feedback.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
