Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage professional to lead our food and beverage operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage service, including banquet operations, restaurants and bars, and room service.

The ideal candidate will have strong banqueting experience and be able to develop and implement business plans that drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction. The successful applicant will also be responsible for managing budgets, developing and maintaining employee engagement strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage service, including banquet operations, restaurants and bars, and room service.
  • Develop and implement business plans that drive revenue growth and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain employee engagement strategies to drive productivity and retention.

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in a managerial role, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
  • Strong banqueting experience and ability to develop and implement business plans.
  • Ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment.
