Role Overview

This position involves overseeing Food & Beverage operations, encompassing service preparation, equipment setup and pack down, food and beverage service periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Food & Beverage management in day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets
  • Ensure that all food and beverages served meet brand standards and are provided at the appropriate time and location
  • Extend a warm welcome to guests and create lasting impressions
  • Effective Communication skills – guests will need to approach you with concerns as well as compliments, so you'll be an approachable person
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
  • Adapt flexibly to guest requests, and possess the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by guests
  • Remain calm under pressure while boosting team morale and fostering a culture people take pride in being part of
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably as a Team leader or Supervisor
  • A genuine passion for food and a love for sharing culinary stories with our guests
  • Valid Victorian RSA and Food Safety Certificate, as required by local law
  • Full working rights in Australia without restrictions
