**The Role**

Your previous experience in the food services industry or cold storage environment will provide you with the right skills to lead and motivate the team to exceed daily objectives and will allow you to engage in and lead projects that will see the branch develop and grow. You will be a true leader that is passionate about developing a high-performance team that can exceed its objectives. You are happy to be hands on when required and will lead by example.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Control and manage operational budgets including labour costs
- Lead and mentor the team to becoming a high-performance work force
- Develop the team to understand all requirements of their role to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Company policy and all relevant legislation.
- Enable the management team to deliver daily operational requirements of the branch
- Work with the management team to develop and implement branch level strategies to improve customer outcomes and branch profitability
- Ensure all KPI's and targets are achieved within the agreed time frames
- Oversee Branch Operations, and co-ordinate the day-to-day administration of the Branch
- Implement staff evaluation, recruitment and training as required
- Maintain HACCP, quality and food safety requirements
- Maintain Occupational Health and Safety and workers compensation requirements in respect to injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation
