About the Role

As a seasoned marketing leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand generation efforts for our Australian operations, with a focus on scaling further into Singapore and New Zealand.

You will be responsible for leading country-level strategy to generate pipeline and build the brand for Australia - our primary market in APAC, while also supporting regional growth by adapting and scaling successful programs across Singapore, New Zealand, and future APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies from top to bottom—integrating always-on campaigns with quarterly priorities and sales goals.
  • Marketing Partner: Act as the primary marketing partner to Australian sales leadership, supporting product launches, market-specific messaging, and shared accountability for pipeline targets.
  • Full-Funnel Programs: Run full-funnel programs that drive awareness, lead generation, and deal acceleration, budgeting for and deploying the right mix of channels to hit new logo ARR goals. Execute across email, ABM, direct mail, webinars, events, out of home advertising, content syndication, and outbound activations with SDRs.
  • Event Strategy: Oversee the Australia field event strategy, designing programs that build brand trust and generate real pipeline—from regional conferences to hosted executive roundtables.
  • SDR Partnerships: Partner closely with SDRs to co-create and optimise sales plays, ensuring campaigns translate into productive outbound activity and strong conversion down the funnel.
  • Performance Optimisation: Analyse campaign ROI, shift budget and resources to high-performing plays, and rapidly iterate to improve conversion at every stage.
