About the Role

We're seeking an ambitious and results-driven marketer to spearhead our demand generation efforts in Australia, with potential for expansion into Singapore and New Zealand.

As a key marketing partner for our Australian sales team, you'll develop and execute a country-level strategy to drive pipeline growth and brand awareness in APAC. This role requires you to be adaptable, strategic, and skilled at crafting integrated campaigns that guide prospects through the buyer's journey.

You'll design full-funnel plans, incorporating webinars, content, nurture streams, ABM, and more, to drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth for Rippling in Australia.

This position is crucial for our marketing efforts in Australia, accountable for building both awareness and fueling revenue growth across SMB, MM, and ENT segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the marketing plan for Australia: You'll create and execute the demand generation strategy from top to bottom, integrating always-on campaigns with quarterly priorities and sales goals.
  • Serving as the primary marketing partner to Australian sales leadership: You'll work closely with AE and SDR leadership to support product launches, market-specific messaging, and shared accountability for pipeline targets.
  • Running full-funnel programs: From top-of-funnel awareness to lead generation and deal acceleration, you'll budget for and deploy the right mix of channels to hit new logo ARR goals.
  • Making events a revenue-driving channel: You'll oversee the Australia field event strategy, designing programs that build brand trust and generate real pipeline.
  • Partnering closely with SDRs: You'll co-create and optimize sales plays, ensuring campaigns translate into productive outbound activity and strong conversion down the funnel.
  • Optimizing performance and scaling what works: You'll analyze campaign ROI, shift budget and resources to high-performing plays, and rapidly iterate to improve conversion at every stage.
