We are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the success of our hotel in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing strategies for sustained growth and profitability.
- Managing the brand service strategy and initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Providing visionary leadership to guide the property towards growth and profit.
We require a seasoned leader with:
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience managing complex properties (300+ rooms).
- Proven track record in managing sales and marketing teams, delivering revenue growth, and operating standalone food and beverage outlets.
