About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Project Manager to oversee insurance-related building projects from start to finish.

This includes coordinating trades, ensuring compliance with relevant building standards, managing budgets and timelines, and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.

  • Oversee insurance building projects, from assessment through to completion.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades.
  • Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and insurance requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, and timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
  • Liaise with clients, assessors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in construction supervision, ideally within the insurance building sector.
  • A strong understanding of insurance repair processes and building codes.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • The ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Trade qualification and/or relevant building supervisor licence highly regarded.
