Building Projects Manager

As an experienced construction professional with a strong background in insurance-related building works, you will oversee and manage construction and repair projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating trades, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, managing project timelines, and delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversight of construction projects, from assessment through to completion
- Coordination and management of subcontractors and trades
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant codes, safety standards, and insurance requirements
- Monitoring project budgets, costs, and timelines
- Conducting site inspections and preparing progress reports
- Liaising with clients, assessors, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery
Requirements include proven experience in construction supervision, a strong understanding of insurance repair processes and building codes, excellent organisational and time-management skills, and strong communication and leadership abilities. A trade qualification and/or relevant building supervisor licence are highly regarded, as well as the ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects at once.
