Job Overview

The Labour Hire Authority protects Victorian workers from exploitation and improves transparency and integrity in the labour hire industry by regulating businesses that provide or use labour hire services, licensing providers, monitoring compliance and supporting all parties to understand their legal obligations.

This role is responsible for delivering through coaching, education and capability building of a client portfolio, advocating People and Culture services including talent acquisition, health, safety and wellbeing, diversity, equity and inclusion, employment and industrial relations matters and championing the LHA People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

This role will deliver through coaching, education and capability building of a client portfolio, advocate People and Culture services and be a champion of the LHA People Strategy.

  • Coaching and education of clients on various people specialist functions;
  • Delivery of health, safety and wellbeing programs;
  • Development of diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives;
  • Representation of People and Culture services;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in a People & Culture generalist Business Partnering role with exposure across a broad range of people specialist functions;
  • High level case management and employee relations skills;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment dealing with competing priorities;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills;
Working Arrangements

LHA employees are offered flexible working arrangements in accordance with Victorian Public Service policies. Our offices are located in Melbourne CBD and Bendigo.
