The Role

The Corporate Communications Advisor will be responsible for drafting and publishing communication materials, with a focus on internal communications. Working collaboratively with the team, the role will manage content creation and calendars to align with internal campaigns and projects, while also playing a key role in overseeing our communications platforms. In addition, the role will provide administrative and planning support to the Corporate Affairs team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft content (with guidance) for Orora communication channels and support its distribution across platforms.
  • Support the management and improvement of Orora communication channels, including the website and LinkedIn.
  • Assist with the coordination of daily media monitoring and distribution.
  • Build and maintain key Corporate Affairs contact lists, including media and government.
  • Act as the first point of contact for general Corporate Affairs enquiries and draft responses as required.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to Corporate Affairs team, including processing invoices.
About You
  • Degree qualification in Communications, PR, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role; experience within a global business is highly desirable.
  • Strong writing and organisational skill
  • Sound understanding of digital platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Proactive nature, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to work flexibily when required, including across time zones and during key business periods.
